SYNAPTIC AI LAB PRIVATE LIMITED primarily operates as a digital products and SaaS entity. Upon successful payment verification through our payment gateways (e.g., PhonePe), digital access is granted based on the following timeline:

  • Minimum Delivery Time: Instantaneous (Immediate access to dashboards, APIs, or digital reports via email).
  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 24 hours (In rare cases involving manual account verification or server delays).

If you experience delays in receiving onboarding emails or API key generation, please check your spam folders or contact our support desk.

2. Physical Goods Delivery Timeline (Enterprise Hardware)

For our enterprise partners requiring on-premise hardware clusters (e.g., Managed Edge AI servers): Orders are dispatched via high-security courier partners within India.

  • Processing Time: 7-15 business days for assembly and security QA testing.
  • Minimum Delivery Time: 3 working days from dispatch.
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 15 working days from dispatch, depending on geographical remoteness.

3. Geographical Restrictions

We are a localized deep-tech firm. Hardware shipping is strictly restricted to the territory of the Republic of India due to technology export controls. Digital SaaS subscriptions are globally available unless blocked by comprehensive OFAC/Indian sanctions.

4. Shipping Costs

Digital products incur absolutely no shipping costs. Enterprise hardware shipping costs are custom-quoted directly within specialized enterprise SLAs.
