Return Policy

1. Digital Goods Exemption

SYNAPTIC AI LAB PRIVATE LIMITED is fundamentally a software company providing cloud AI and SaaS subscriptions. Due to the intangible nature of digital endpoints (API access, software licenses, digital reports), physical "returns" are entirely not applicable. 2. Hardware & Edge AI Equipment Returns

In select scenarios, we provision specialized edge computing devices or server nodes for B2B applications. For physical hardware, the following return conditions apply:

• Return Window: Unopened hardware or "Defective on Arrival" (DOA) units must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, with unbroken seals, and all bundled accessories included.

3. Return Process for Hardware

To initiate a valid physical return, contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Affix the RMA label to the package and ship it to our registered address: Ruiya Purba Para, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, WB - 700119, INDIA. Replacement units will be dispatched free of charge for DOA units.
