Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At SYNAPTIC AI LAB PRIVATE LIMITED, customers may cancel their SaaS subscriptions (e.g., AiAstras, Omnient.io) or EdTech course enrollments within 24 hours of purchase, provided the digital service or content has not been substantially consumed (e.g., zero API calls made, app workspaces unused). To initiate a cancellation, please email us immediately at [email protected].

For recurring monthly subscriptions, users can cancel anytime via their billing dashboard to stop future charges. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Given the nature of cloud-based AI generation and digital SaaS products, our refund policy varies depending on the specific product:

  • SaaS & Digital Subscriptions: If a cancellation is received and approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be initiated.
  • AiWalah Core Courses: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the material.
  • API Compute & Generated Reports (ZodiXAI): Pay-as-you-go APIs and instantly generated astrological reports are computationally intensive and strictly non-refundable once generated.
  • Defective Service: If there is a verifiable systemic failure on our end preventing access to purchased services, a prorated or full refund will be provided.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our billing team, it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, PhonePe, etc.) within 5 to 7 working days. The exact timeline for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution's processing speeds.
